The following year, in 2006, marked a critical phase of expansion, with the organization extending its services beyond Florida and forging partnerships with state prison systems. This growth indicated its commitment to reaching a broader incarcerated population and addressing their diverse healthcare needs.

The period from 2007 to 2009 was particularly significant, as the organization was honored with the prestigious NCCHC Program and Facility of the Year award. These accolades recognized its outstanding commitment to healthcare excellence within correctional facilities and solidified its reputation as an industry leader.

In 2010, the organization diversified its services, catering to private, secure detention facilities and collaborating with ICE. This strategic expansion broadened its scope and reach, further establishing it as a versatile and comprehensive healthcare provider in the correctional sector. By 2015-2018, Armor Correctional Health Services reached a notable milestone of serving over one million patients, underscoring the scale and impact of its services.

Under the leadership of its Chairman and CEO, the organization continued on its path of growth and innovation, expanding its service offerings and consistently enhancing the quality of its healthcare provision. This development period was characterized by expansion and a deepening impact on the healthcare of those within correctional facilities.
